LEGAL NOTICE
The present site is the property of Riyad El Mezouar, a limited liability company governed by Moroccan law, with capital of 100,000 dirhams, whose registered office is located at :
- 28, Derb el Hammam, Issebtinne, Marrakech 40000, Morocco, entered on the Trade and Companies Register of Marrakech under the n°12315, (hereinafter "the Riyad El Mezouar ").
Intellectual Property
The general structure, and the specific software applications, text, images, and any and all other items making up the sites are the exclusive property of the Riyad El Mezouar, and are protected by the provisions of the French Code of Intellectual Property, except for non-specific software applications, and standard market software applications, for which Riyad El Mezouar has a licence for use.
Any and all total and/or partial representation and/or reproduction of this web site, by any and all means whatsoever, without the express permission of Riyad El Mezouar, shall be forbidden, and shall constitute infringement.
Liability
Despite the care taken with respect to the setting up of this site, Riyad El Mezouar shall not guarantee the exactness, permanence and/or exhaustive nature of the information supplied and/or the absence of a virus on its site.

Bookings
50 % deposit required at time of reservation.
Deposits may be paid by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Diners Club) or by bank transfer.
The balance of the price of the stay shall be paid at the latest 48 hours after arrival and at the time of the arrival for less than 48 hours stays. It can be paid in cash (Euros or Dirhams) or by credit card. We apply a 5% surcharge for credit cards payments.
Cancellation and no show
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, the advance payment shall be kept and the stay will be postponed. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the advance payment shall be due.
In case of cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date or of no show, the entirety of the stay shall be due.
Minimum stay
We require a 3 nights minimum stay during high season.
